Over 95% of our websites are delivered without any additional fees or monthly costs then those listed on the website. The remaining 5% were websites that added additional customizations or services beyond the scope of what was included with the package.

Does it cost more for a broker/office website?
No, you can obtain a Broker/Office website for the pricing displayed. For example, if you want an XE Standard website advertised at $399 and $29.99/mo., then that is all you pay, doesn't matter if you are an agent or broker because our standard features include features for both. While we do have an optional upgrade a broker/office may find useful, it is simply an optional upgrade and not needed for a broker site.

What is the difference between the monthly service of the XE or ZSERIES packages?
There is no difference in their monthly service or access to our standard features. All the features are the same, except the design of the website. The ZSERIES is a dynamic design, while the XE is a semi-custom design.

After I sign up can my monthly fee ever go up?
The only way your monthly fee can ever go up is if you use more then the allotted disk space, otherwise you are locked into our low monthly price. Over 98% of our customers are on the basic $29.99/mo. package, which means you more than likely will never need to upgrade your monthly service package.

Is there a contract, or termination fee?
There are no contracts and no cancellation fees.

What if I need additional customizations or upgrades not included in the package?
No problem. If you need more than what is included in the package, we will provide you accurate and competitive pricing. You can see a list of our optional upgrades here.
