The most popular package is our $29.99 a month plan, which
should be more than enough for most real estate agent and broker web
sites. The main difference between all of our monthly packages is the amount
of disk space you get with your real estate web site. e-mail, custom pages,
photos count toward your disk space usage.

What happens if I go over my disk space or bandwidth? Do you automatically
upgrade me?
If you are over your disk space amount then LinkURealty will contact you
first, by e-mail and/or phone to let you know that you are over your space.
From there you will have about 30 days to correct the issue, such as deleting
old listings, files or e-mail from your WebMail. If it is best for you to
upgrade, then you can choose to upgrade at that time or we will upgrade you
automatically within 30-60 days of your original notification to the next plan
up.
In addition to disk space e-mail alerts, you can also view your disk space
anytime from your website admin control panel.
Why does LinkUSystems need to host your LinkURealty website?
Your LinkUSystems site includes LinkUSystems proprietary products. These
products can only run on LinkUSystems servers. In addition, we are constantly
improving our products.
This in turn, helps you keep your costs down and gives you a one
source contact for all your website needs, rather then to outsource to third
parties, which can cost more money, and more frustration. It also allows us to
update our system and continually add more helpful features for you to use.
What are the differences between your web hosting packages?
The only differences in our hosting packages is disk space for your site. If you
are going to have large files on your website, such as videos, sounds, 100s of
PDF files, 100's of listings, high resolution photos, e.t.c. These items may
take up more room than an average website. |
