Thirty day (30)  period starts the day of the order. After thirty (30) days guarantee expires and fees can no longer be refunded, however service may be cancelled as there are no long term contracts, auto-renewing term is thirty (30) days. Refund does not include any fees paid for domain name registration. Once the domain is registered it can be transferred to your control as the domain owner.
